Sue & Phil Lloyd - Pike Creek Road, Lyrup A garden of sprawling lawns and big trees was revamped two years ago due to water restrictions. A low maintenance, water-wise garden extended the outdoor entertaining area with the inclusion of a Balinese hut by the existing pool. The front features ‘Simply Magic’ and white ‘Iceberg’ roses under the dappled light of the existing trees and palms. The garden features many “rooms” and the back has a Tuscan feel, ideal for winter entertaining. The pergola is covered with deciduous vine and wisteria. ‘Pierre de Ronsard’ climbers have been used on the pillars and the fence. Standard white ‘Icebergs’ and ‘Bonica’ plus an area of mixed pink bush roses complete the rose theme. Telephone 8583 8208. Gold coin entry
