Renmark is situated on the River Murray, approx a 3 hour drive from Adelaide and 1.5 from Mildura (Victoria).

The Renmark Rose Festival started in 1995 and has continued each year in Spring when the roses and gardens of Renmark are at their best.

The Festival was the brain child of the late Eithna Sidhu, who approached a group of locals to help organise the event.

A committee of volunteers have continued to work each year to produce this festival and are very grateful for the support of the local council and other local sponsors.

The Festival is also supported by many local clubs, associations, businesses and cultural groups who organise events to coincide with this week.
